Do you need to repair a Vulcain watch?

Official Service Centre for Vulcain watches in the European union (EU). Luis Miguez Relojeros has over thirty years experience in the servicing, repair and restoration of Swiss watches and repair all Vulcain watch models. All repairs are performed by fully qualified technicians utilising Vulcain original parts. Rigorous quality control tests are performed on all of our repairs which are covered by a one year guarantee.

We offer a collection service within the following European countries: Spain, Portugal, Belgium, France, Italy, Mónaco, Germany, Holand, Luxemburg, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland and Sweden.

1. Request collection

Click on the 'Request a Collection' button and fill in the form to request a collection.

2. Prepare parcel

Package your watch carefully. A shipping label will be received by email which needs to be printed and stuck onto the parcel.

3. Confirm collection

When the parcel is ready, send us a photo of the shipping label by Whatsapp (+34 689 471 863) or email (taller@luismiguez.com).

4. Collection

A day or two after confirming the collection a courier will collect the parcel from your home or business premises.

We provide a technical service tracking platform, so that you can place your repair request online, send your watch, receive your quotation, make payment online and follow the progress at all times.

Services & Tariffs

Like any complex mechanism, as time goes by, your watch will require some technical services to maintain its function, condition and cleanliness.

Partial Maintenance

Replacing the battery or adjusting the accuracy of a mechanical watch with replacement of the elements ensuring the watch's water-resistance (seals, crown, pushers, etc.).

Complete Maintenance

Complete disassembly of the movement for cleaning, oiling and replacement of worn parts or exchange of the movement. Includes all elements of the partial maintenance.
